What utility companies do you use?

Our community utilizes Tampa Electric for electricity and Oates for water services. Residents are required to set up their FPL account prior to move-in. Water services through Oates will be set up by the community and billed accordingly.

What Cable/Internet Providers are available?

When is rent due and how do I pay?

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Do you give any discounts to local employers?

Yes, each apartment comes equipped with central AC/heat. If you have additional questions, please contact the leasing office.

Are there ceiling fans?

Is there parking available? Is it free or paid?

The parking options at our community include a parking garage, with residents able to pay $50/month for reserved spots and designated motorcycle parking. Please contact the leasing office for more information regarding our parking policy.

What is the roommate policy?

All individuals 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application, receive approval, and be listed on the lease. Our guest policy is that guests are welcome for no longer than 14 consecutive days. For restrictions on guests, please consult your lease agreement or speak with our leasing office team members.
